class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Haber pasado<\/strong> por dos de los tres poderes de La Rep\u00fablica le brinda una comprensi\u00f3n <em>amplia<\/em> de las <strong>atribuciones y responsabilidades<\/strong> que le corresponden a los diputados y a un gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y por eso ahora (desde hace tres a\u00f1os) desde el denominado <em><strong>Primer Poder de La Rep\u00fablica <\/strong><\/em>tiene claro que le compete <strong><em>vigilar que el otro poder, el Ejecutivo, cumpla sus deberes acorde con la ley y no al rev\u00e9s.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>ministro de La Presidencia<\/strong> en dos gobiernos <strong>(1986-1990 y 2006-2010)<\/strong> y gran negociador de la agenda de proyectos necesarios para implementar el <strong>Tratado de Libre Comercio <\/strong>con <em>Estados Unidos<\/em> (<em>Rep\u00fablica Dominicana<\/em> y <em>Centroam\u00e9rica<\/em>) con la fracci\u00f3n parlamentaria m\u00e1s <em>f\u00e9rrea<\/em> que ha llevado el <strong>Partido Acci\u00f3n Ciudadana<\/strong> (PAC) al Congreso en su historia (encabezada por exrector de la <strong>Universidad Nacional<\/strong>, Alberto Salom), reitera que la \u00fanica salida para enfrentar los grandes problemas que sufre el pa\u00eds es el <em>di\u00e1logo franco, sincero y respetuoso<\/em> entre poderes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un <strong><em>Desaf\u00edo Pol\u00edtico<\/em><\/strong> con <em><strong>La Reacci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/em>, Rodrigo Arias S\u00e1nchez <strong>reconoce<\/strong> los logros macroecon\u00f3micos de los dos primeros a\u00f1os de la administraci\u00f3n <em>Chaves Robles<\/em> y revela <strong>cu\u00e1ndo<\/strong> (y <strong>por qu\u00e9<\/strong>) decidi\u00f3 usar la frase que con frecuencia expresa el mandatario <em>\u00a1<strong>Datos matan mentiras<\/strong>!<\/em> para defenderse de lo que considera <strong>falsedades<\/strong> por parte de quienes cuestionan su labor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arias confirma que los <em>ataques verbales<\/em> recibidos por dos diputados de su fracci\u00f3n, <strong>Katherine Moreira<\/strong> y <strong>Geison Valverde<\/strong>, el martes 16 de abril en <strong>Puerto Lim\u00f3n<\/strong> le dieron un giro inesperado al proceso de su candidatura, pero que <strong>tuvo claro qu\u00e9 deb\u00eda hacer<\/strong> en las siguientes horas a esos hechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Horas despu\u00e9s de estar en <em><strong>La Reacci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/em>, el <em>Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad<\/em> (ICE) confirm\u00f3 que aplicar\u00eda, <strong>al menos, una semana<\/strong> de racionamientos el\u00e9ctricos, <em>luego de 17 a\u00f1os de no vivirlos<\/em>, debido a la c<strong>ondici\u00f3n cr\u00edtica<\/strong> del nivel de sus principales embalses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por eso y en vista de la convocatoria en sesiones extraordinarias del proyecto de <em><strong>Ley de Armonizaci\u00f3n de<\/strong><\/em>l <em><strong>Sistema El\u00e9ctrico Nacional<\/strong><\/em>, en la Atenci\u00f3n a Prensa de ese jueves, <strong><em>La Reacci\u00f3n<\/em><\/strong> le consult\u00f3 al Presidente Legislativo si <strong>observa una actitud de urgencia<\/strong> entre los diputados para su <strong>pronta aprobaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video
